Holly developed this app to help show that simple lifestyle changes like fitting in some exercise, eating 5 fruit and veg and drinking water can dramatically improve your heart health inside 4 weeks. The increase in teenage obesity has led to an increase in heart conditions in teenagers and a shortening of life expectancy. Drastic diets and fat-burning exercise are tough propositions to face as a teenager so keeping it simple, recording the activity and showing encouragement were the keys to success, hence the development of this app.Spawned out of a Science Fair project to address the issue of teenage obesity and the boredom of diets and crazy exercise regimes, this app helps you reduce your resting heart rate inside 4 weeks, which is a clear sign that you are on the right path to a healthier and prolonged life.
